Return Process

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and include your packing slip.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
